kitchen refurbishment
Located on the first floor of a typical Berlin apartment building near the Tempelhofer Feld this project consisted of the renovation of the kitchen area. In order not to compete with the existing terrazzo floors and old tiles a simple white kitchen was chosen for the space. The worktop and shelf, with integrated LED’S, are made of LG hi Macs. In order to further support the uniform, monolithic character of the kitchen and to emphasise the smooth, large surfaces, a sink made of the same material was used. In addition, handleless doors were used for the cupboards.
