‘Axis’ evolved from the idea of two rectangular forms connected perpendicular to one another creating a new harmonic shape. Concrete and metal are used for the two elements to accentuate their directional orientation. The concrete base that lies along the floor acts as ballast for the vertical metal element that houses the light source.

Ideally positioned next to wall ‘Axis’ provides a soft light that reflects back into the space. A silhouette is created from the upright metal element.
